Finance Data Analyst
Job Description
Responsibilities
- Collect and consolidate financial data from internal systems, including accounting, payments, transactions, and platform disbursements.
- Build and maintain recurring reports and dashboards to track financial and operational metrics.
- Support month-end closing by preparing data for reconciliation between source systems and the general ledger.
- Prepare data extracts and supporting schedules for regulatory reporting (OJK, BI) and audit requests.
- Perform routine data quality checks and flag discrepancies, missing data, and anomalies to senior team members.
- Maintain documentation of data sources, data definitions, and reporting templates.
- Support the automation of repetitive data tasks using Excel formulas and basic SQL/Python scripts.
- Coordinate with IT and Engineering teams to resolve data issues and system access requirements.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Statistics, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of relevant experience; fresh graduates with strong analytical skills are welcome to apply.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including formulas and PivotTables; basic SQL knowledge is a plus.
- Basic understanding of financial statements and accounting principles.
- Fluent in English.
- Willingness to learn and understand financial regulatory reporting requirements, including OJK and BI regulations.
