About the Role
We are looking for a Finance Controller to lead the company's finance function end-to-end from accounting and reporting to cash flow, budgeting, and internal control. You will build structure, implement systems, and drive financial accuracy across manufacturing, warehouse, and commercial operations. This is a hands-on leadership role reporting directly to the founders.
What You'll Do
- Lead and oversee the accounting, AP/AR, tax, and budgeting functions.
- Ensure accurate and timely month-end closing and preparation of financial statements.
- Manage cash flow planning, payment scheduling, and working capital optimization.
- Set up and lead the company's budgeting and forecasting process, establishing department budgets, variance tracking, and rolling forecasts.
- Build a budget control framework linking budget commitments, approvals, and actual spend to ensure financial discipline.
- Strengthen internal controls, accounting policies, and process efficiency across departments.
- Coordinate with auditors, tax advisors, and banking partners.
- Partner with other departments to ensure cost integrity and financial visibility across the business.
- Provide actionable financial insights to management to support decision-making, growth planning, and profitability improvement
Who You Are
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA or CA preferred.
- 8+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or controlling within FMCG, manufacturing, or distribution.
- Proven experience managing budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting cycles.
- Solid leadership, analytical mindset, and high integrity in handling confidential financial data.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment with hands-on ownership
