Finance Cash Management Specialist

About the Role

We are looking for a Petty Cash Management team member to support our Finance team in managing the company's daily cash flow, bank transactions, payments, and reconciliations. This role is suitable for a detail-oriented and responsible finance professional with hands-on experience in cash management, treasury operations, payment processing, and financial controls.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor daily cash balances across bank accounts, e-commerce wallets, and payment platforms.
• Manage and reconcile bank, e-commerce wallet, and payment transactions, including settlements, refunds, fees, payouts, and petty cash.
• Process vendor, employee, and operational payments, ensuring proper documentation and approvals.
• Prepare daily cash position and cash flow reports and support short-term cash flow forecasting.
• Identify discrepancies and support month-end closing, financial controls, and process improvements.
• Coordinate with Finance, Accounting, HR, Operations, and other teams regarding payment and cash-related matters.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in Cash Management, Treasury, Accounting, Accounts Payable, Banking Operations, or a related finance function.
• Good understanding of basic accounting and financial concepts.
• Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills; experience with formulas such as SUMIF, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and Pivot Tables is a plus.
• Good English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong attention to detail; responsible, organized, able to handle confidential financial information, and strong follow-up and coordination skills.
• Able to work independently and effectively in a fast-paced and growing environment.
