Assist the Sourcing & Planning Directorate by translating financial data into insights and actionable strategies
Support financial decision-making by providing analysis on sourcing, procurement, and planning activities
Ensure that fundamental finance processes, operations, and accounting controls are effectively implemented within the Sourcing & Planning Directorate
Ensure compliance with corporate financial policies, procurement guidelines, and cost management standards
Conduct financial analysis related to sourcing costs, vendor expenditures, and supply chain planning
Requirement:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or a related field
Minimum of 4 years of experience in finance business partnering, preferably with experience in commercial or marketing finance. Experience in FMCG industry is a plus
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Experience in cost analysis, spend management, and procurement finance
Strong understanding of financial controls, accounting principles, and compliance requirements
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
