Do you embrace your love and passion for the following activities
- Analyze and evaluate financial resources across company to providing accurate financial analysis with timely, detailed and meaningful insights and visibility on business performance.
- Lead marketing financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and investment allocation processes to ensure optimal utilization of resources and alignment with company growth priorities.
- Evaluate marketing and customer investment effectiveness, including ROI, CAC, LTV, channel productivity, payback period, and campaign profitability, to optimize commercial performance and marketing efficiency.
- Provide financial perspectives and strategic recommendations on growth initiatives, product launch viability, brand investments, promotional strategies, and business expansion opportunities to support business decision making
- Identify financial risks, inefficient spending, profitability gaps, and underperforming investments while driving corrective actions and performance optimization initiatives.
- Perform ad-hoc analysis where required to assist in management decision making and provide advice to assist with decision-making related to new initiatives and business opportunities.
- Partner with marketing team and related stakeholders regarding budgeting, financial performance, and operational issues to support business evaluation and financial governance processes.
- Oversee financial reporting, budgeting control, and operational finance processes to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with company policies and financial standards.
- Monitor marketing spending, campaign realization, and commercial performance to ensure achievement of financial targets and effectiveness of investment strategies.
- Drive process improvements in financial reporting, budgeting, and performance monitoring to enhance operational efficiency and financial control effectiveness.
Does it match your criteria
- Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, Fiscal administration, or other related disciplines
- Min. 6 years experience as Finance Controller / Finance Business Partner / Accounting / Finance Analyst.
- 2 - 3 years experience in managerial level / leading team
- Having experience handling ERP system and SAP.
- Having experience handling risk management.
