Summary of the Role
The Finance Business Partner serves as a strategic advisor to site leadership, providing financial insight, performance analysis, and decision support that enable operational excellence and sustainable business growth. This role partners closely with cross-functional leaders to drive financial performance, optimize costs, evaluate investments, and strengthen overall business results.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Partner with business leaders to connect financial strategy with operations, providing strategic insights, decision support, and investment analysis to drive business performance.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning to support informed decision-making, effective resource allocation, and achievement of business objectives.
- Monitor financial and operational performance, identifying risks, opportunities, productivity improvements, and cost-saving initiatives that enhance profitability and efficiency.
- Deliver financial reports, KPI dashboards, and performance analyses, while driving accountability and action plans to address performance gaps.
- Ensure accurate financial reporting, strong financial controls, effective governance, and continuous process improvement to maintain financial discipline and operational excellence.
- Support sustainable growth and long-term value creation through capital investment evaluation, benefits realization, and the development of high-performing finance talent.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field; advanced degree or professional certification is an advantage.
- Advanced experience in Finance, FP&A, Business Partnering, or Operations Finance, with exposure to budgeting, forecasting, cost management, and investment evaluation.
- Demonstrated ability to partner effectively with cross-functional leaders and influence business decisions through financial insights.
- Solid understanding of cost accounting, operational finance, financial modeling, and performance management.
- Proven business acumen with the ability to connect financial outcomes to operational performance and strategic objectives.
- Results-oriented problem solver with a proven track record of driving continuous improvement and cost optimization initiatives.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex financial information into actionable recommendations.
