Finance Business Partner Asst Manager

Responsibilities:

• Partner closely with the Commercial / Modern Trade team to provide financial insights that drive strategic business decisions and profitability.
• Analyze sales performance, trade spend, pricing, and promotion efficiency to support commercial planning and execution.
• Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial plans in collaboration with sales and marketing teams.
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data, reports, and analysis related to the Modern Trade channel.
• Deliver regular performance reviews and variance analysis to identify business risks and opportunities.
• Support commercial teams in evaluating new business initiatives, trade terms, and investment returns (ROI).
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Supply Chain, Sales, and Finance HQ to ensure alignment of commercial and financial objectives.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance financial reporting, control, and analysis efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics
• Minimum 4 years of experience in a finance or commercial finance role, preferably within FMCG or consumer goods industries.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and business partnering skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Solid understanding of Modern Trade operations, trade spend, and promotional budgeting.
• Highly detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
