ANTA was established in 1991, while ANTA Sports Products Limited, a widely recognized global sportswear company, was listed on the Main Board of HKEx in 2007 (Stock Codes: 2020 (HKD counter) and 82020 (RMB counter)). The mission of the company is to integrate the sports spirit of Going Beyond Oneself into everyone's daily life. ANTA Sports principally engages in design, R&D, manufacturing, marketing and sales of professional sports products including footwear, apparel and accessories. Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in business strategic planning, formulate aligned financial strategies, and continuously monitor operational metrics. Provide regular specialized analysis reports to alert risks, identify opportunities, and drive value growth in retail operations.
- Engage in critical project process control, establish closed-loop benefit tracking mechanisms to ensure ROI compliance for major retail projects.
- Lead annual budget formulation and execution, implement rolling forecasts and flexible budget adjustments, analyze budget deviations, and ensure management closed-loop efficiency.
- Develop dynamic cost-control mechanisms, conduct multi-dimensional cost structure analysis to generate alerts for abnormal fluctuations and resource reallocation proposals, driving continuous optimization of cost efficiency.
- Establish closed-loop internal control mechanisms, conduct regular risk assessments to ensure zero major control deficiencies and maintain compliance with group-wide internal control standards.
- Build collaboration frameworks between headquarters and branches to enhance alignment in decision-making and execution capabilities.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in finance business partner; prior work experience in Southeast Asia is preferred.
- Proficiency in Power BI and SAP is preferred but not essential.
- Fluency in English is required,fluency in Chinese is prefer;
- High initiative, proactive attitude, and result-oriented mindset. Detail-oriented with accurate and efficient financial work;
- Strong team player with the ability to work independently when required.
