Finance Banking&Data Center software Sales

1. Market Expansion and Customer Relationship Management

-Responsible for customer development and maintenance of local banks, insurance, securities, fintech companies, as well as large internet enterprises, telecom operators, and third-party IDC service providers in Indonesia.

-Leveraging the existing customer network in Indonesia, quickly establish key communication channels with senior executives from the client's technology department, data center operations department, and digital transformation division to identify software procurement needs.

2. Solution Sales and Project Operations

-Accurately understand the pain points and needs of clients in the digital transformation of financial banking (core system upgrades, digital credit, risk control and compliance, anti-money laundering, etc.) and the intelligent operation of data centers (DCIM deployment, green energy-saving upgrades, smart operations and maintenance).

-Coordinate the pre-sales technical team, lead POC testing, technical exchanges, tender preparation, and commercial negotiations, and complete the entire sales process from lead generation to payment collection.

-Provide compliant localized software deployment recommendations in accordance with Indonesian financial regulatory policies (OJK) and data sovereignty requirements.

Job Requirements:

1. Local resources possess ready-made customer networks in the Indonesian financial banking or data center industries (such as the Bank Technology Department and Data Center Operations Department)

2. Work Experience: 3+ years of B2B software/IT solution sales experience.
