Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Finance Supervisor based in Jakarta, Indonesia. The role will be responsible for monthly MIS reporting, budgeting and forecasting activities, financial analysis, and statutory audit coordination. This role also involves financial statement preparation, consolidation reporting, variance analysis, and ensuring compliance with Indonesia GAAP and IFRS standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform monthly closing of Trial Balance (TB)

• Prepare monthly MIS reports, analytics, and PowerPoint presentations for management and Head Office

• Support budgeting, forecasting, and tracking actual performance versus plan

• Conduct variance analysis and provide recommendations for cost efficiency

• Prepare financial modelling and scenario analysis

• Prepare finance materials and presentations for Board of Commissioners meetings

• Prepare, consolidate, and present annual budget materials

• Manage statutory audit processes and coordinate with external auditors

• Prepare quarterly consolidation schedules for Head Office reporting

• Maintain and manage Excel-based financial statements for standalone and consolidated reporting

• Prepare bilingual (Bahasa Indonesia and English) financial statements in Word format for audit purposes

• Ensure timely submission of financial data and audit documentation requested by auditors and Head Office

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field

• Strong knowledge of Indonesia GAAP and IFRS

• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (must-have)

• Proficient in PowerPoint for executive reporting and presentations

• Experience using SAP ERP system

• Strong analytical and financial reporting skills

• Good command of English, both written and spoken

• Experience in statutory audit and financial statement preparation

• Big Four background is preferable

• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in finance, reporting, audit, or FP&A
