Job Description:

  • Input SCM invoice details into summary
  • Prepare invoice hardcopy
  • Send invoice softcopy via Paper.id
  • Prepare supporting documents required by the customer

Job Requirements


  • Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Economics or Business, majoring in accounting
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, with at least basic knowledge of formulas and pivot tables
  • Strong attention to detail and high accuracy in data handling
  • Willing to learn and support finance operations in a dynamic environment
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Available to join immediately (ASAP preferred)
  • Willing to commit to a 6-month internship
