About the role

We are looking for a Finance and Admin Executive to support the day-to-day finance and operational administration of our Indonesia entity.

You will play a key role in ensuring smooth bookkeeping operations, accounts receivable follow-up, finance administration, local compliance coordination, and office operational support. This role works closely with the Finance Lead on reconciliations, reporting, escalations, and compliance matters.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys both finance operations and helping teams run efficiently behind the scenes. We're looking for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, willing to step in where needed and comfortable working in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

You Are

  • Experienced in bookkeeping, accounts payable (AP), and accounts receivable (AR) processes
  • Comfortable supporting day-to-day finance operations and maintaining complete accounting records
  • Someone who enjoys supporting office operations, team coordination, and helping the workplace run smoothly behind the scenes, with strong communication and people coordination skills
  • Familiar with Indonesia tax and statutory compliance matters, including PPh21, BPJS, and related local regulatory requirements
  • Able to manage compliance deadlines, licences, permits, and recurring statutory filings accurately and on time
  • Comfortable coordinating audit, tax, and supporting compliance documentation with external providers and stakeholders
  • Detail-oriented and organised in maintaining vendor records, invoice records, and finance files
  • Experienced in monitoring receivables and following up on overdue invoices professionally
  • Comfortable coordinating with local payroll, accounting, tax, and company secretarial support providers
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
  • Proactive, reliable, and willing to support operational and administrative tasks where needed

Bonus if you have

  • Experience using Xero
  • Experience working in startups or fast-paced environments
  • Exposure to AR collection processes and overdue payment follow-ups
  • Experience supporting office administration and operational logistics

You Will Find Yourself

  • Supporting day-to-day bookkeeping, AP/AR processing, and maintaining accounting records for the Indonesia entity
  • Monitoring outstanding invoices, following up on overdue payments, and maintaining AR tracking records
  • Coordinating with payroll, accounting, tax, and company secretarial support providers for local compliance matters including PPh21 and BPJS
  • Maintaining organised legal, finance, vendor, and operational records while tracking compliance deadlines and supporting audit requests
  • Preparing reconciliations and supporting schedules for monthly finance reviews and close processes
  • Supporting office administration, onboarding paperwork, vendor coordination, travel documentation, and day-to-day operational logistics for the Indonesia team
