Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Finance and Accounting Supervisor, based in Kuta Utara. This role supervises daily finance activities, ensures compliance with Indonesian Financial Accounting Standards (PSAK), overseeing financial operations, preparing financial statements, monitoring and analyzing financial data, ensuring compliance with regulations, and using accounting software to maintain accurate financial records, and coordinates with external parties (including tax consultants and auditors) to maintain regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Financial Statements preparation and Financial Reporting
• Strong Analytical Skills to assess and interpret financial data
• Knowledge of Finance principles and practices
• Experience with various Accounting Software tools
• Strong organizational and leadership skills to manage a team effectively
• Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• Professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) is a plus
• Prior experience in an educational institution or non-profit organization is an advantage
• Ability to work collaboratively within a diverse team in an inclusive environment
