Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Finance and Accounting Staff role based in Bintan Regency. The role involves preparing, recording, and reviewing financial transactions, ensuring accurate and timely posting in the accounting system. The Finance and Accounting Staff will assist in the preparation and analysis of financial statements, support month-end and year-end closing activities, and reconcile accounts and ledgers. Responsibilities also include monitoring budgets and expenses, supporting internal and external audits, maintaining proper documentation, and ensuring compliance with company policies and relevant accounting standards. The role requires close collaboration with operational and administrative teams to provide clear financial information and support decision-making.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Finance, including budgeting, cost control, and basic financial analysis.
- Solid Accounting skills, with experience in general ledger, journal entries, and account reconciliation.
- Ability to prepare, interpret, and analyze Financial Statements in line with applicable standards.
- Analytical Skills to identify discrepancies, assess financial data, and support data-driven recommendations.
- Effective Communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and presenting financial information clearly.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel; familiarity with SAP systems is an advantage.
- High attention to detail, integrity in handling financial information, and the ability to meet deadlines.
- Willingness to work on-site in Bintan Regency and collaborate within a diverse, fast-paced agribusiness environment.
