Job Description
We are looking for a
Finance and Accounting Officer who is analytical, organized, and trustworthy to oversee and manage all
personal and business-related financial activities for
Justin and Sisca, including their company and various business ventures. This role will be responsible for
financial tracking, reporting, and compliance, as well as playing a
strategic role in analyzing competitor pricing and providing
recommendations for optimal pricing strategies to support business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Track and record all personal and business-related income and expenses.
- Maintain accurate and detailed financial records for individuals and business entities.
- Prepare monthly financial reports and performance summaries.
- Coordinate with tax consultants to ensure timely and accurate tax filings and compliance.
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
- Organize and maintain invoices, receipts, and financial documentation.
- Create and send invoices to clients and brand partners.
- Collaborate with the Brand & Partnership team to follow up on outstanding payments.
- Resolve any payment issues by directly coordinating with related parties.
- Conduct competitor pricing analysis for various business lines.
- Provide pricing recommendations based on financial analysis and market trends.
Requirements
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (S1) in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting or finance, including managing company financials.
- Brevet A & B certification (is a plus).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with financial tools such as Accurate, Jurnal.id, Klik BCA Bisnis, etc.
- Strong understanding of bookkeeping, accounting principles, and Indonesian tax regulations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to interpret financial data and translate it into actionable insights.
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Discreet and trustworthy in handling confidential information.
- Experience in pricing strategy or market research (is a plus)
