Role Description

We are looking for aFinance & Accounting Leadto independently manage our full finance and accounting function. This role offers full ownership of finance operations, direct collaboration with the company founder, and the opportunity to build and improve systems in a growing export business. You will work with real commercial complexitymulti-currency transactions, shipment-based costing, and working capital managementwhile contributing to a business with clear social impact.

What you'll do

• Manage end-to-end accounting and financial reporting.
• Handle cashflow management, budgeting, and payment scheduling.
• Ensure tax compliance (PPN, PPh 21/23/22).
• Manage export-related accounting.
• Coordinate with auditors, and financing partners.

What we seek

• Diploma/Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance.
• Good experience; exceptional fresh graduates welcome.
• Strong understanding of English-language accounting and finance.
• Able to work independently and eager to learn export-related processes.
