Job Description

  • Conduct in-depth financial analysis and provide insightful analytics to drive business growth and performance.
  • Collaborate with business partners to analyze customer profitability and identify areas for improvement.
  • Build financial models to evaluate the impact of business strategies and commercial opportunities.
  • Analyze market trends, business performance, and financial data to identify growth opportunities and improve country performance.
  • Lead data collection, variance tracking, and analysis for the annual budgeting and rolling forecast cycles, alignment with business leaders.
  • Support the analysis and calculation of sales compensation.
  • Act as a trusted finance partner to commercial teams to support revenue, margin analysis, and funnel reviews
  • Conduct regular reviews and audits of customer master data setup across regional entities to ensure data accuracy and consistency.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
  • Proven work experience in a multinational company environment, with the ability to operate in a matrix structure and across diverse cultures.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Tableau, Power BI, SAP, or similar tools.
  • Demonstrated business acumen with the ability to understand and translate business requirements.
  • Resourceful mindset with the ability to lead and innovate in dynamic environments.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and meet tight deadlines.
  • Self-motivated and inquisitive professional who seeks to continuously improve existing processes.
  • Hands-on approach with a sharp eye for detail.
