Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time Finance Analyst role based in Kecamatan Medan Area. The Finance Analyst will be responsible for preparing, analyzing, and interpreting financial data to support decision-making. Key responsibilities include developing financial plans, analyzing financial statements, preparing detailed financial reports, and ensuring the accuracy of financial systems. The role involves close collaboration with management to enable effective financial planning and resource allocation.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Financial Planning to develop budgets and long-term financial strategies
• Advanced Analytical Skills for evaluating financial data and identifying trends or areas of concern
• Proficiency in analyzing and interpreting Financial Statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports
• Knowledge and experience in core Finance operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis
• Competence in Financial Reporting to deliver clear, accurate, and actionable insights to stakeholders
• Proficiency in financial software or tools and Excel for data analysis and modeling
• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field of study
• Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to meet deadlines
• Prior experience in a similar role is a strong advantage
