About the Role

We are seeking Finance Analyst to support financial planning, treasury management, and finance transformation initiatives. This role is responsible for delivering financial analysis, improving financial processes, and providing actionable insights to support strategic decision-making and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and analyze cash flow forecasts to support treasury and liquidity management, perform budget variance analysis and provide financial insights to support planning and cost control, review revenue recognition to ensure accurate and compliant financial reporting, support finance system implementation, migration, and enhancement projects, identify and implement process improvements to enhance financial reporting and operational efficiency, collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business planning and strategic initiatives, ensure compliance with finance policies, procedures, and internal controls, and prepare financial reports and perform other finance-related assignments as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Finance, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Treasury, or Accounting.
• Strong experience in finance or ERP system implementation, migration, or enhancement projects.
• Strong analytical, financial modeling, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems; experience with Odoo is an advantage.
• Good understanding of budgeting, cash flow management, revenue recognition, and financial reporting.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams.
• Professional accounting certifications (e.g., CPA, CA, ACCA) are an advantage.
