About the Opportunity
PT Omoway Technology Indonesia, a rapidly growing technology company, is seeking an experienced Finance & Tax Administration professional to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in managing the company's financial and tax functions, ensuring strong compliance and best practices across operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of the company's financial management, including accounting, bookkeeping, and financial reporting.
- Ensure full tax compliance and manage all company tax obligations and payments.
- Analyze and interpret financial data to provide strategic recommendations to management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement efficient financial processes and procedures.
- Monitor budgets, cash flow, and financial projections to identify opportunities and risks.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with tax authorities and relevant regulators.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Taxation, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within the technology, automotive, or fast-growing startup industry.
- Professional certifications in accounting and/or taxation, such as CPA or CA, will be an advantage.
- Proficient in tax applications/software (Coretax).
- Proficient in accounting and financial software, including Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Experience in tax compliance advocacy and risk management.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- MANDARIN SPEAKER is mandatory.
- Willing to work onsite at our office in Cengkareng Business City (CBC), Jakarta.
- Working schedule: Monday – Saturday.
