Job Description

Finance & Accounting

Manage full set of accounts and ensure accurate and timely recording of all financial transactions.

Perform month-end and year-end closing activities, ensuring compliance with reporting deadlines.

Prepare and support financial reports, budgeting, cash flow monitoring, and basic forecasting.

Handle VAT (PPN) administration, including:

Preparation and review of Output VAT (PPN Keluaran) and Input VAT (PPN Masukan) records

Reconciliation of VAT transactions with accounting records

Preparation and submission of monthly VAT returns (SPT Masa PPN) and related documentation

Process staff claims and reimbursements in accordance with company policies and ensure accuracy and proper approvals.

Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, bankers, and other relevant authorities.

Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements, including tax and reporting obligations.

Undertake any other tasks assigned by management as required.

HR & Payroll

Handle monthly payroll processing accurately and on time, including salary, allowances, deductions, and adjustments.

Manage statutory contributions and compliance, including:

BPJS Ketenagakerjaan (JHT, JKK, JKM, JP)

BPJS Kesehatan

PPh 21 calculation, reporting, and payment

Administer insurance coordinate with insurers (e.g., group policy issuance and updates)

Maintain accurate employee payroll records, tax data, and HR documentation.

Handle employee onboarding and offboarding processes (employment letters, payroll setup, final pay).

Maintain HR records, leave tracking, and basic HR administration.

Respond to employee payroll and HR-related queries professionally and confidentially.

Undertake any other duties assigned by management as required.

Office Administration

Oversee office vendors, purchasing, assets, travel and petty cash; maintain compliance registers and archives.

Governance & Controls

Implement internal controls over payments, access and approvals; ensure segregation of duties and policy adherence.

Coordinate with Group/Regional Finance and HR on cross-border matters and audits.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Possess a Degree in Accounting or equivalent

Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience, preferably covering both accounting, VAT and payoll

Hands-on experience in full-set accounting and monthly payroll processing

Good understanding of Indonesian payroll regulations, Coretax, BPJS Kesehatan, BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, and PPh 21

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English

Proficient in Microsoft Excel (formulas, reconciliation, basic analysis)

Able to work independently, meet deadlines, and demonstrate strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
