The company is known for combining technology, operations excellence, and customer experience to deliver everyday consumer products at scale.
As they continue to grow, we're looking for a Finance & Customer Service Executive based in Jakarta to remotely support their Singapore operations.
Key Responsibilities
Finance & Accounting
- Maintain accurate bookkeeping and financial records.
- Prepare monthly P&L reports and basic financial summaries.
- Pull and organize raw sales data from internal systems for reporting.
- Monitor key cost items and flag anomalies or overruns.
Payments & Payroll
- Execute vendor and supplier payments with strong financial controls.
- Track payables and maintain cash flow visibility.
- Manage monthly payroll for Singapore-based staff.
- Handle statutory submissions and payments.
Customer Service Support
- Monitor and manage the customer support inbox.
- Respond to customer queries and complaints within defined SLAs.
- Process approved refunds and keep clear records.
Key Requirements
- Solid background in accounting, bookkeeping, and financial reporting.
- Experience handling payments, reimbursements, and payroll processes.
- High attention to detail, strong ownership, and integrity.
- Comfortable working remotely with cross-border teams.
- Full proficiency and confident in English
- Familiarity with or willingness to learn Singapore payroll and CPF processes
- Candidates based in or live near Jakarta for operations supporting when needed.
