PT Mercedes-Benz Consulting Services Indonesia is Mercedes-Benz Group AG subsidiary in Indonesia, which acts as an interface for technical topics of business in the areas of production, engineering, logistics, and quality management for Mercedes-Benz cars production. We are currently seeking an experienced Finance & Controlling - Assistant Manager to join our team and contribute to our continued operational and financial excellence.

Report to: Head of Finance
Objective
- To manage the company's overall accounting and finance activities & ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Maintain compliance with PSAK/IFRS and Indonesian tax regulations, oversee cash flow and treasury operations with timely reports, budgeting, and audit coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of end-to-end accounting activities, including full-set accounting, month-end closing, and financial reporting in compliance with PSAK/IFRS.
- Manage day-to-day finance operations, including cash flow planning, supplier payments, monitoring accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, and proper achieving of supporting documents for tax and audit purposes.
- Oversee treasury activities, including cash management, bank relationships, payment scheduling, and liquidity monitoring.
- Ensure full compliance with Indonesian tax regulations (PPN, PPh 21/23/4(2), and Corporate Income Tax), including hands-on management of e-Faktur and e-Filing through the Coretax system.
- Manage insurance administration, including policy monitoring, renewals, claims coordination, and liaison with insurance providers.
- Lead budgeting and forecasting processes and deliver accurate and timely monthly management and controlling reports.
- Prepare audit and compliance documentation and act as the main point of contact for external auditors and tax consultants.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (S1) or above in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, and/or controlling.
- Strong working knowledge of PSAK/IFRS and Indonesian tax regulations.
- Proven hands-on experience in full-set accounting and financial reporting.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with a strong eye for detail and data accuracy, particularly for management reporting.
- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
- Familiarity with PowerPoint, Power BI, or similar presentation and reporting tools.
- A self-driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and demonstrates strong ownership and accountability.
- Basic knowledge of ISO 9001.
- Fluent in English, oral and written.
- Willing to be based on-site in Wanaherang, Bogor.
