We are currently looking for a proactive, organized, and dedicated Finance & Accounting SPV to support our Finance & Accounting department in handling all matters related to Finance & Accounting within the company.
Responsibilities:
- Manage company's financial matters e.g. cash flow, bank accounts etc.
- Analyze, find the cause and countermeasure for the problem occur related to the company's finance, accounting and tax matter.
- Issue invoice, manage A/R & A/P of the company.
- Report monthly financial report to the management : B/S & P/L.
- Manage regular payment to vendors, tax office & related parties.
- Ensure timely tax calculation, payment and reports of the company.
- Create journal entries based on the transaction of company.
- Ensure that the company's daily journal entries recorded properly and correctly.
- Manage company's financial audit.
- Communicate with tax consultant, tax office and related companies.
- Report the progress of monthly operation to Finance & Accounting Manager.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor Graduate in Finance and Accounting from reputable university; majoring Accounting, min GPA 3,00.
- Good analytical thinking (qualitative & quantitative) and having strong numerical analyst.
- Having minimum 5 years experienced as a Finance & Accounting.
- Hard worker, able to work under pressure & target oriented; and detail oriented.
- Strong leadership and capable to work in team.
- Able and proficient with MS Office.
- Certified in Brevet A/B (will be prioritized).
- Candidate fluent in English will be Plus.
