Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Minimum 7 years of professional experience in Finance & Accounting, with at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership position.
Strong preference for candidates with experience in MICE, Hospitality, Event Management, Tourism, F&B, or other service-based industries.
Proven experience in managing end-to-end Finance & Accounting functions, including financial reporting, accounting control, budgeting, cash flow, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and financial analysis.
Strong hands-on experience in preparing and reviewing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports with high accuracy and timely delivery.
Experienced in handling financial reporting and accounting requirements for a diverse portfolio of corporate clients, particularly large national companies and multinational corporations (MNCs).
Familiar with different client billing structures, payment terms, purchase orders, contracts, project-based invoicing, and client-specific financial requirements.
Experience managing financial transactions and reporting for multiple projects/events simultaneously, including project budgeting, cost monitoring, revenue recognition, project profitability, and financial reconciliation.
Strong understanding of cost control and project/event profitability, including the ability to identify cost overruns, margin risks, and financial inefficiencies.
Experienced in managing cash flow forecasting and working capital, particularly in businesses with project-based and fluctuating revenue cycles.
Strong knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards (PSAK/SAK) and corporate financial reporting practices.
Good understanding of corporate taxation, including PPh, PPN, withholding tax, and coordination with the Tax function or tax consultants.
Experienced in establishing and maintaining financial controls, accounting policies, approval processes, and internal control systems.
Able to review financial data and translate it into meaningful business insights and recommendations for management/BOD.
Strong experience in coordinating with Sales, Operations, Project/Event Teams, Procurement, HR, Tax, and external vendors to ensure financial accuracy and business efficiency.
Comfortable working with high-volume transactions, multiple vendors, project-based expenses, and tight reporting deadlines, which are common in MICE and Hospitality businesses.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, financial reporting tools, and accounting/ERP systems.
Experience in implementing or improving accounting systems, financial processes, reporting structures, or finance SOPs is highly preferred.
English proficiency is required/preferred, particularly for handling financial communication, documentation, and requirements from multinational clients.
