We are looking for an experienced Finance & Accounting Manager (F&B Industry Experience Required) to lead the financial operations of our subsidiary and support the management team with timely financial reporting, analysis, and strategic recommendations.
Reporting directly to the CFO, this position will oversee the Finance subdepartments, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Cost Control.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the subsidiary's Finance and Accounting operations
- Prepare, review, and analyze monthly financial statements
- Manage cash flow planning and cost control
- Coordinate and handle the subsidiary's financial audit
- Lead the annual budgeting process
- Ensure all required financial and management reports are completed accurately and on time
- Ensure monthly SPT Masa submissions are properly prepared and submitted
- Handle PB1 payment and reporting
- Prepare annual SPT Tahunan
- Perform regular tax reconciliations for revenue and costs
- Develop and manage the Finance team while driving continuous improvement
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related business discipline
- Recognized accounting and/or finance qualification
- Minimum 5 years of Finance or Accounting experience, including 3-4 years in financial management
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, accounting operations, budgeting, audit, taxation, cash flow, and cost control
- Proven ability to lead, manage, and develop teams
- Strong stakeholder-management and relationship-building skills
- Excellent analytical, logical-reasoning, and decision-making abilities
- Highly organized, adaptable, and capable of managing multiple priorities
- Able to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced and time-sensitive environment
