Finance & Accounting Dept. Head
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master's degree or professional certification such as CPA/CA/ACCA is a plus).
- Minimum 5-7 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and tax regulations, including compliance with local accounting standards.
- Proficiency in accounting systems and ERP platforms; ability to drive process improvements and system optimization.
- Strong leadership and team-management abilities, including mentoring, workload management, and cross-department coordination.
