PT. Sinotrans Overseas Indonesia, a leading company in the freight forwarding and 3PL industry, is currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Finance Administrator to join our team. Our office is located in Rasuna Said, Kuningan, Jakarta.
Key Responsibilities
- As a Finance Administrator, you will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth and accurate operation of our financial processes. Your core responsibilities will include:
- Transaction Management & Bookkeeping: Accurately inputting all daily financial transactions, including cash receipts, payments, and journal entries, into the company&aposs accounting system. This involves meticulous handling of freight charges, customs duties, taxes, and other operational expenses.
- Bank & Petty Cash Reconciliation: Performing regular bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy and managing petty cash effectively.
- Invoicing & Accounts Receivable: Preparing and issuing precise invoices to customers, monitoring outstanding accounts receivable, and generating relevant reports.
- Payments & Accounts Payable: Processing payments to vendors and third parties, verifying supporting documentation, and managing company payables.
- Reporting & Documentation: Assisting in the preparation of basic financial reports, maintaining an organized archive of financial documents, and preparing data for tax reporting.
- Administrative Support: Handling financial correspondence and coordinating effectively with other departments.
