Main Responsibility
Responsible for maintaining the integrity of our company records by performing regular physical asset inventory counts, tracking equipment movements, and updating the central database. You will handle essential financial administration tasks including the processing of invoices and receipts, ensuring precise data entry for bookkeeping, and managing both digital and physical filing systems to support daily reporting and organizational efficiency.
Requirements
Due to work pass restrictions, only Citizens of Indonesia (WNI) shall be considered.
Basic fluency in English (oral and written).
Minimum one year of experience (part time or full time) in administration or inventory management, preferably in hospitality, residential, or commercial buildings, though we highly encourage applications from fresh graduates with relevant internship experience.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word, and have a solid grasp of standard office administration applications.
Physically fit for mobile daily activity, detail-oriented, and proactive in addressing issues.
Available to work on daily worker basis (paid on a per‑day basis) and able to start immediately.
