We are seeking a Supervisor to supervise Admin Support Function Team in managing the team's operation,
ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant invoice processing while driving productivity, quality, and issue
resolution across all assigned markets.
To excel in this role, you should be detail-oriented, organized, self-motivated, and possess strong analytical
skills. Proficiency in English and Microsoft Excel are essential, as you will need to analyze data and effectively
communicate enhancements to the Senior Supervisor and Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily invoice reconciliation operations while ensuring the team performs effectively and meets operational targets
- Ensure all invoicing activities comply with financial policies, client agreements, and operational standards
- Act as the key escalation point for operational and technical queries, applying in-depth process knowledge to support the team, resolve complex cases, and ensure smooth invoicing operations
- Manage the team's daily operations to ensure efficiency and maintain high performance standards
- Supervise and guide the team in all aspects of their work to foster productivity and collaboration
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding team-related queries
Is this you
- Good communication skills in English (both written & spoken) is a must
- Intermediate Excel skills is a must
- Must have 1–2 years of leadership or supervisory experience
- Experience in Finance Operations will be an added advantage
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills are required
