Role Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Finance Admin Officer to support daily financial operations, including transaction recording, payment processing, document verification, AR/AP management, reporting, and audit preparation. This role requires accuracy, strong organizational skills, and the ability to maintain consistent financial documentation in a fast-paced environment.
What You'll Do:
- Record daily financial transactions (cash in/out) and manage petty cash
- Process payments for vendors, internal needs, and reimbursements.
- Verify and archive financial documents such as invoices, receipts, and POs.
- Manage and monitor AR/AP, including payment scheduling and billing follow-ups.
- Prepare cashflow reports (daily/weekly/monthly) and support monthly financial statements.
- Perform periodic cash and bank reconciliations.
- Support internal and external audit processes by preparing the required financial data.
- Manage company credit card administration and related documentation.
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in finance or accounting.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (pivot, lookup), Zahir, and Google Sheets.
- Understanding of basic accounting, cashflow, and AR/AP management.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet deadlines.
- Basic taxation knowledge (PPN/PPh) is a plus.
- Integrity, confidentiality, and strong communication skills.
