Job Description

PT Reka Elang Inovasi is a company engaged in the field of consulting services especially in energy sector, oil and gas, biochemicals, and manufacturing sector. We are looking for a highly motivated candidates to join us asElectricalEngineer.


We are looking for finance and administrative staff to support the company's operational activities.


To be successful in the role, you would need to have:

  • Minimum education of D3/S1 in accounting/finance/administration
  • Must have at least 1 year of experience in finance/administration
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel & Word
  • Understand basic accounting and invoice/PO processes
  • Detail oriented, organized, able to multitask, and maintain confidentiality
  • Good communication skill
  • Willing to learns new things
  • Proficientin taxation applications (Coretax) is a point of plus
  • ExperiencewithPPhand PPN is a point of plus
  • Possession of Brevet A & B certifications is a point of plus

Several responsibilities are:

  • Create quotations, purchase orders, invoices, and attachments
  • Send invoices to clients and follow up on payments
  • Manage payroll, pay slips, allowances, and reimbursements
  • Handle tax: PPh 21,23,25,26, PPN, dan Corporate Tax
  • Manage transaction journals, petty cash, and bill payments
  • Update project expenses and distribute documents/materials
  • Enter vendor data, search for new vendors, and compare prices
  • Manage business trips, accommodation, transportation, and GA
