Finance Accounting & Tax Supervisor

Job Descriptions :

1. Ensure day-to-day accounting policies and standards.
2. Prepare and Analyze Financial Statement (Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss, Cash Flow Statement, Statement of Equity)
3. Review General Ledger Account including journal entry, amortization schedule, depreciation schedule, Listing AR/AP, and etc.
4. Verify PO documents, bills of lading, and invoices before payment.
5. Receive sales reports and generate invoices for consignment, resellers, distributors, etc.
6. Monitoring company tax reports, reconciliation using E-SPT, E-Faktur, Coretax
7. Review recapitulation tax from General Ledger for WHT Art. 21, 23, 4(2), 22, and VAT
8. Perform Stock Opname and recalculation of inventory.

Qualifications :

1. Minimum Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
2. Preferably have Brevet A and B Certificates.
3. Preferably at least 2 year of experience in Senior Finance, Accounting & Tax role.
4. Strong understanding of tax regulations, accounting, and financial theories.
5. Proficiency in Tax (Corporate Income Tax, Unified Income Tax, and VAT)
6. Skilled in using accounting software (e.g., Accurate Online) and Microsoft Excel.
7. Experienced in managing large amounts of data, preferably in manufacturing, retail, or beauty brands.
8. Strong analytical, interpersonal, and adaptability skills.
