Job Description
RMODA Studio is a premium automotive care workshop offering detailing, coating, paint protection film (PPF), and body treatment services. We are seeking a Finance, Accounting and Tax Specialist to manage daily financial records, cash flow, financial reporting, and tax administration.
Reporting to the Director, you will work with workshop operations, service advisors, vendors, and management to maintain accurate records, strengthen financial controls, and improve finance processes.

Job Description
RMODA Studio is a premium automotive care workshop offering detailing, coating, paint protection film (PPF), and body treatment services. We are seeking a Finance, Accounting and Tax Specialist to manage daily financial records, cash flow, financial reporting, and tax administration.
Reporting to the Director, you will work with workshop operations, service advisors, vendors, and management to maintain accurate records, strengthen financial controls, and improve finance processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Record and verify daily transactions in Accurate or a comparable accounting system, including customer receipts, vendor payments, operating expenses, reimbursements, petty cash, and bank transactions.
- Manage customer invoices and payment records, validate deposits, settlements, refunds, and outstanding balances, and coordinate payment confirmation before vehicle handover.
- Verify vendor billing and purchasing documents, prepare weekly payment schedules for management approval, and record approved payments.
- Monitor daily cash and bank balances, prepare weekly cash-flow forecasts, and flag potential cash shortages or payment delays.
- Maintain accounts receivable and payable aging reports, monitor due dates, and coordinate follow-up on outstanding balances.
- Perform regular cash and bank reconciliations and check transactions against invoices, bank statements, and supporting documents.
- Prepare periodic revenue and expense reports and basic financial statements, including profit and loss statements and balance sheets, and support month-end closing.
- Prepare corporate tax data and supporting records for PPN, PPh 21, PPh 23, and PPh Final, and coordinate with external tax consultants when applicable.
- Monitor workshop expenses against budgets, investigate unusual costs, and support inventory accounting, material usage records, and fixed asset records.
- Maintain secure, organized, and traceable physical and digital finance, accounting, and tax documentation.
- Provide management with financial reports and recommendations on cash-flow risks, cost efficiency,and improvements to finance procedures
Requirements
- A Diploma (D3) or bachelor's degree (S1) in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, Management, or a relevant discipline.
- At least 3 years of experience in finance, accounting, tax, or financial administration.
- Proficiency in Accurate or comparable accounting software is required.
- Hands-on experience with transaction recording, vendor payments, reimbursements, petty cash, customer invoicing, bank reconciliation, and basic financial reporting.
- Understanding of journal entries, chart of accounts, profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and month-end closing.
- Knowledge of Indonesian corporate taxation, including PPN, PPh 21, PPh 23, and PPh Final, with familiarity with e-Faktur and e-Bupot.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, including PivotTables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIF/SUMIFS, data summaries, and basic dashboards.Strong attention to detail, integrity, confidentiality, and awareness of financial controls; able to meet deadlines while maintaining data accuracy.
- Ability to communicate and coordinate effectively with workshop teams, vendors, customer service, and management.
- Willingness to help develop and improve financial processes, documentation, and systems.
- Applicants must be 35 years old or younger.
- Experience in automotive, workshop, detailing, coating, PPF, retail, or premium service businesses.
