Finance & Accounting Supervisor

Job Description:

1. Record daily financial transactions into accounting systems
2. Assist in maintaining of accurate financial records, including journals and ledgers
3. Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes
4. Handle accounts payable and receivable, including invoice processing and payment tracking
5. Reconcile bank statements and ensure all transactions are properly documented
6. Assist financial reports preparation, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports.
7. Assist with tax reporting, compliance, and audit support

Requirement:

1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
2. 3-5 years of experience in accounting or finance role
3. 3-5 years of experience in Food & Beverage Manufacturing
4. Proficiency in accounting software (e.g. Accurate, SAP, Xero, or others)
5. Good knowledge of basic accounting principles and tax regulations
6. Proficient in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, etc.)
7. High attention to detail and accuracy
8. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
9. Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines
10. Good communication and teamwork skills
11. Integrity and confidentiality in handling financial data
