Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards
Ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end closing processes
Support external audit processes and liaise with external auditors
Maintain proper accounting documentation and ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements
Coordinate with other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting
Perform other finance and accounting duties as assigned by management

Job Requirement

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Finance and Accounting
Prior experience in mining, natural resources, or related industries is preferred
Strong knowledge of accounting controls, reconciliations, and month-end/year-end closing processes
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability
Ability to work independently and supervise team members when required
Good communication skills and ability to coordinate with internal and external stakeholders
