Finance & Accounting Staff

Job Description

• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards
• Ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end closing processes
• Support external audit processes and liaise with external auditors
• Maintain proper accounting documentation and ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting
• Perform other finance and accounting duties as assigned by management

Job Requirement

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Finance and Accounting
• Prior experience in mining, natural resources, or related industries is preferred
• Strong knowledge of accounting controls, reconciliations, and month-end/year-end closing processes
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability
• Ability to work independently and supervise team members when required
• Good communication skills and ability to coordinate with internal and external stakeholders
