As part of this journey, our Supply Chain Business play a critical role in strengthening inventory management, logistics, and courier capabilities across Indonesia — ensuring speed, reliability, and seamless connectivity for businesses and individuals.

As a Finance & Accounting Staff, you will execute and support end-to-end Accounts Receivable and accounting processes. This includes invoice verification, tax identification, financial recording, reconciliation, and payment processing. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure all transactions are accurate, compliant, and aligned with company procedures. Your work enables better decisions, stronger governance, and scalable growth as we continue building a future-ready logistics operation.

What You'll Do

• Execute invoice verification through three-way matching (PO, invoice, and goods receipt) for vendors and partners.
• Identify and classify tax objects for all incoming invoices in accordance with applicable regulations.
• Perform general ledger activities, including journal entries, reconciliations, and account analysis.
• Ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions in accounting systems.
• Monitor and report Accounts Payable balances and accruals on a daily and weekly basis.
• Support advance payment and reimbursement processes (BDC, BS, FDP) and ensure proper documentation.
• Process vendor and partner payments accurately and on time.
• Reconcile manpower and attendance data with internal systems and vendor invoices.
• Support preparation of financial data for external audit and tax audit purposes.

What You'll Bring to the Team

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field with a minimum GPA of 3.51/4.00.
• 1–4 years of full-time experience in Finance, Accounting, or Cost Control, preferably within logistics, transportation, or supply chain industries.
• Strong understanding of financial reconciliation, cost allocation, and accounting principles.
• Hands-on experience with ERP or financial systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis for financial reporting.
• Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and coordination skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
