Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Perform daily bank reconciliation to ensure all transactions are accurately recorded and matched.
  • Monitor and maintain operational expenses, ensuring proper tracking and reporting.
  • Handle bank-related activities, including transactions, documentation, and coordination with banks.
  • Conduct confirmations for financial transactions and ensure data accuracy.
  • Support financial administration and ensure compliance with internal procedures.
  • Assist in preparing reports related to cash flow and operational expenses.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in finance, accounting, or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of bank reconciliation and financial processes.
  • Detail-oriented with good analytical and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial systems.
  • Familiar with banking systems and company financial applications
