Role Description

The Finance Accounting Specialist is on-site role based in Kelapa Gading. This position is responsible for preparing, reviewing, and maintaining accurate financial statements, including general ledger entries, balance sheets, and income reports also tax administration. The role involves managing daily accounting activities, reconciling accounts, monitoring cash flow, tax report and supporting budgeting and forecasting processes also finance management. The specialist will use accounting software to record transactions, generate financial reports, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and company policies. The role also includes coordinating with internal teams, responding to finance-related inquiries, supporting audits, and providing analytical insights to support management decisions.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Finance and Financial Statements, including preparation, analysis, and reporting.
• Proficiency in Accounting Software and practical experience with general accounting processes.
• Well-developed Analytical Skills to interpret financial data, identify trends, and support decision-making.
• Effective Communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and presenting financial information clearly.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Solid understanding of local accounting standards, tax regulations, and compliance requirements.
• High integrity and attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Experience in construction or engineering-related businesses is an advantage.
