Finance Accounting (Mandarin Speakers)

Job Description :

1. Prepare monthly journal closing (adjustment prepaid and revaluation of monetary accounts)

2. Perform monthly reconciliation of balance sheet accounts and solve the pending issues

3. Control and monitor accounting transaction supporting data.

4. Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports

5. Monitor payment status, analyze receivables, and prompt the sales team for timely client follow-up.

Job requirements:

1. Proficiency in MANDARIN is a must

2. Education Bachelor Degree in accounting/finance, or equivalent

3. Computer skills : Microsoft office (word, excel, power point)

4. Experience in related with tax calculation and tax return in export and import is a plus.

5. Has a high professional quality, honest and trustworthy, strong sense of responsibility, hard work, strong organizational coordination and communication skills, team player and good at research

6. Excellent analytical skills to manage large amounts of data

7. Attention to detail and accuracy
