Role Description The Finance Accounting Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Jakarta, Indonesia. This role oversees day-to-day accounting operations, including managing the general ledger, supervising month-end and year-end closing activities, and ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of financial records. The Finance Accounting Manager prepares and reviews financial statements, manages financial reporting to internal and external stakeholders, and ensures compliance with local accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies. Daily responsibilities include monitoring budgets, analyzing variances, supporting forecasting activities, and providing financial insights to support operational and strategic decisions. The role also involves coordinating with other departments, managing and mentoring the finance team, improving internal controls, and participating in audits and process improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Finance and practical experience with Financial Statements to ensure accurate recording and reporting of financial activities.
• Proficiency in Financial Reporting and Budgeting, including preparing reports for management and monitoring performance against approved budgets.
• Demonstrated Analytical Skills, with the ability to interpret financial data, identify trends, and provide clear recommendations to leadership.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CPA, CA, CMA) are preferred.
• Experience in accounting or finance management, ideally within hospitality, real estate, or service-oriented industries.
• Knowledge of applicable accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal control best practices.
• Proficiency with accounting software and spreadsheets; ability to work with data and reporting tools.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborative working style with effective communication skills and experience leading or mentoring a finance team.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both written and spoken, is an advantage.
