Role Description
Responsible for analyzing financial data, developing budgets and forecasts, and preparing accurate financial performance reports to support strategic decision-making. This role also monitors financial trends, identifies risks and opportunities, and provides recommendations to achieve both short-term and long-term financial objectives.
Job Responsibilities
Budget Planning & Analysis
- Prepare and manage the Company's annual budget and financial forecasts.
- Perform variance analysis between budgeted figures and actual performance.
Financial Reporting
- Prepare comprehensive financial performance reports for management, including variance analysis between current year actuals and prior periods.
- Analyze balance sheet accounts and prepare supporting working papers.
Audit Management
- Manage and coordinate the audit process.
- Actively communicate with external auditors to ensure timely completion of audit reports.
Control & Compliance
- Oversee financial SOPs and internal contracts, including monitoring budget utilization to prevent overspending.
- Ensure all financial planning and reporting activities comply with applicable standards and regulations.
- Actively participate in the development and improvement of business processes, providing control perspectives and minimizing potential risks.
Finance Operations
- Supervise and manage the Company's cash flow, including receivables and payables.
- Monitor daily financial operations such as payroll and payments.
- Ensure the availability of operational funds to support business activities.
Finance Coordination
- Collaborate with other departments to obtain required data and ensure alignment between financial objectives and company operations.
Taxation
- Understand and apply Indonesian VAT (PPN) and Income Tax (PPh) regulations.
Team Management
- Lead, coach, and develop the finance team, including task allocation and capability development in budgeting, accounting compliance, and finance collection/payment activities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Accounting, or Finance.
- Minimum 10 years of experience as a Finance Accounting (FA) Manager, preferably in FMCG, distribution, or retail industries.
- Professional certifications such as CA / CPA / CMA and Brevet A & B are highly preferred.
- Proficient in using ERP systems and advanced-level Microsoft Excel.
- Proven experience in leading and developing Finance teams.
- Detail-oriented, analytical, communicative, and able to work effectively in a dynamic environment.
