To manage the daily operation of the finance, accounting, and tax departments
Initiating in issuing timely, accurate, and complete financial statements for management (income statement, balance sheet, budget and variance, projections and forecast, and cash flow). Including exploring financial forecasts to facilitate decision-making and strategy processes.
Coordinating the preparation of the draft audited financial statements and all tax returns in accordance with Indonesian taxation laws and regulations
Prepare and analyze management, review of financial practice improvements, including year-end audits.
Manage, oversee, process (as appropriate), and act as backup for processing of the following transactions: accounts payable, revenue and expense, fixed assets, cash, bank reconciliations, and allocations
Work closely with the operations team for any issues that will have financial implications to the company
Maintain a system of accounts and keep books and records on all transactions and assets
Requirement:
Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking
Minimum 4 years of experience as a Finance, Accounting, and Tax Manager with a mining/manufacturing industry background will be an advantage
Experienced in the manufacturing industry
In-depth knowledge of SAP
Meticulous with numbers, a keen eye for details, and results-oriented with sharp business acumen.
