As a leading OTA business, tiket.com is expanding its offerings with the launch of tiketplus. This new product, operated under our sister company PT Promoland Indowisata, is seeking a highly motivated Finance & Accounting Intern to join its dynamic team.
Your main duties in flying with us:
- Generate invoices based on Sales Orders prepared by the Ticketing team.
- Review and validate invoices to ensure accuracy and alignment with the billing schedule.
- Prepare and organize all billing documents, including invoices, tax invoices (Faktur Pajak), receipts, billing statements, and supporting attachments.
- Coordinate with customers by sending scanned billing documents and confirming outstanding invoices.
- Compile, prepare, and send physical billing packages to customers, including acknowledgment receipts.
- Reconcile invoices subject to PPh 23 tax deductions and follow up with customers to obtain official withholding tax slips (Bukti Potong).
- Prepare the prepaid WHT Article 23 summary.
- Update due dates in the system based on customer acknowledgment receipts to ensure proper tracking of accounts receivable aging.
Mandatory belongings that you must prepare:
- Recently graduated with a D3/S1 degree in Accounting, Finance, Tax, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of accounting or finance principles; coursework or academic exposure to invoicing/billing processes is a plus.
- Familiarity with Indonesian tax documentation (Faktur Pajak, PPh 23, Bukti Potong) is an advantage, but not required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel; willingness to learn finance/invoicing systems.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in document handling.
- Good communication skills for coordinating with internal teams and external customers.
- Willing to work on-site for the assignment duration and adapt quickly during handover.
- Available to commit to the full internship period (5 Months).
