FINANCE ACCOUNTING DEVELOPMENT SUPERVISOR

Role Description The Finance Accounting Development Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Bandung. This position oversees the development and implementation of finance and accounting programs, including procedures, reporting standards, and internal controls. The supervisor monitors daily financial transactions, reviews accounting records, and ensures compliance with company policies and relevant regulations. Responsibilities include analyzing financial data, preparing reports and recommendations for management, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to support sales and distribution activities. The role also involves guiding and mentoring the finance and accounting team, improving workflows, and supporting continuous process improvement.

• Relevant qualifications include a bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, and experience in supervisory or senior accounting roles.
• Additional beneficial skills include proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems, strong attention to detail, knowledge of Indonesian financial regulations, and the ability to work on-site in Bandung.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis and reporting.
• Proficient in Python and other programming languages.
