Fully responsible for the New Business Development Division's financial reports, costing, and daily budgeting.
Oversee financial supervision and analysis to monitor the New Business Development Division's financial status, operating results, and capital changes.
Responsible for the calculation and payment of various taxes and fees, and participate in tax processing and corporate tax planning programs.
Review contract compliance and mitigate financial risks.
Prepare the New Business Development Division's budget, financial revenue and expenditure plans.
Coordinate with the Finance Accounting Head Office team for the finalization of financial reports and operational payments.
Job Requirement
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, or budgeting; experience in tax reporting and planning is an advantage.
Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, costing, and tax regulations.
Proficiency in Mandarin (speaking & writing)
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with OA-NCC System.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to review contracts and identify potential financial risks.
Good communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
High integrity, accountability, and ability to work under tight deadlines.
Willing to be placed at Pantai Indah Kapuk.
