Job Description
As our Finance, Accounting, and Tax Staff, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the financial health, accuracy, and compliance of our rapidly growing enterprise. Through this unified application process, candidates will be evaluated and placed into one of three specialized tracks based on their background and expertise: Finance & Cash Management, Taxation, or Accounting. Whether you are overseeing daily cash settlements, executing complex tax reconciliations, or managing full-cycle monthly closures in accordance with Indonesian standards, this role offers an ideal platform to build and advance a solid career in corporate finance.
Key Responsibilities
Finance & Cash Management Track:
- Monitor corporate bank accounts daily and track incoming cash inflows from high-volume marketplace sales and payment gateways.
- Perform daily and weekly bank reconciliations by matching bank statements with internal sales records.
- Process daily operational payments, team payroll, petty cash, office bills, and timely disbursements to suppliers, logistics partners, and agencies.
- Record cash/bank transactions accurately into financial system ledgers and prepare weekly cash reports for management.
Accounting & Financial Reporting Track:
- Manage daily financial transaction entries, general ledger (GL) adjustments, and monthly/annual closing procedures in compliance with Indonesian Financial Accounting Standards (SAK/PSAK).
- Monitor and reconcile Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP), validating supporting documents (invoices, POs, receipts) prior to booking.
- Prepare accurate monthly and annual financial statements (Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss, Cash Flow) and manage inventory accounting and fixed assets depreciation schedules.
- Assist internal and external audit processes by providing required schedules, documentation, and data support.
Tax Compliance & Strategy Track:
- Calculate, prepare, and file all monthly corporate tax returns (PPh 21, PPh 23, PPh 4(2), PPh 25, and PPN) and manage e-Faktur issuance and tax withholding certificates.
- Prepare comprehensive calculations and documentation for the Annual Corporate Income Tax Return (SPT Tahunan Badan).
- Perform regular tax reconciliations between general ledgers, financial statements, and filed tax returns to ensure zero discrepancies.
- Provide guidance on cross-border transactions, represent the company with tax authorities during audits, and stay updated on changing fiscal policies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, Fiscal Administration, or a related field.
- Relevant background or experience in Finance, Accounting, Tax, or Public Accounting Firm (KAP) matching one of the specialized tracks.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, IF statements, and financial modeling).
- Familiarity with accounting software (Accurate, SAP, Jurnal, Xero) or tax applications (e-Faktur, e-SPT, DJP Online) according to the respective specialization track.
- Possession of professional tax certifications (Brevet A and Brevet B) is preferred for the Tax track.
- Solid knowledge of Indonesian tax laws, PSAK standards, or digital banking/payment gateways depending on the role stream.
- High attention to detail, strong analytical capabilities, and absolute integrity when handling sensitive corporate financial data.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate smoothly with internal teams, vendors, auditors, and tax officials.
- Willing to be placed / work on-site in West Jakarta.
