Finance, Accounting & Tax Manager
Ralali Group
About The Role
We're hiring a Finance, Accounting & Tax Manager at the
Group level — meaning you're not managing one entity's books. You're overseeing the consolidated financial operations across multiple business units and legal entities under the Ralali Group umbrella.
This role requires someone who can hold the complexity of a multi-entity structure without losing sight of the details that matter: intercompany transactions, consolidated reporting, entity-level tax positions, and group-wide controls. You'll be the financial spine of the Group.
What You'll Own
Group Financial Strategy & Planning
Lead consolidated financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting across all Group entities. Surface group-level risks and opportunities — not entity by entity, but as a unified picture — and translate that into clear recommendations for senior leadership.
Group Tax Management & Compliance
Own the Group's tax structure across all entities: corporate tax, VAT, PPh 21/23/25/26, intercompany transfer pricing, and BPJS compliance per entity. Manage relationships with external auditors and tax advisors at the Group level. Monitor regulatory changes that affect multiple entities simultaneously.
Consolidation & Reporting
Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidated close processes. Ensure intercompany eliminations are clean, reporting is accurate across entities, and the Group's financial position is presented clearly to the Board and stakeholders.
Accounting Controls & Governance
Set and enforce accounting standards and internal controls across all business units. Each entity runs its own books — your job is to ensure they all run to the same standard.
Team Leadership
You'll lead the Group finance function and work with entity-level finance leads. The ability to lead through influence — not just authority — matters here, because not everyone in your orbit will report directly to you.
Executive & Board Partnering
Present consolidated financial reports, tax updates, and strategic recommendations to Group leadership and the Board of Directors. You need to distill complexity into clarity.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics. CPA, ACCA, or Brevet A&B required. CFA or MBA is a plus.
- Minimum 10–12 years in senior finance roles, with demonstrable experience in a group or holding company structure — multi-entity consolidation is non-negotiable.
- Deep command of Indonesian tax regulations across entity types: PPh, PPN, BPJS, transfer pricing, and intercompany arrangements. Experience with DGT filings and tax audits is expected.
- Familiar with PSAK consolidation standards and intercompany elimination processes.
- Proficient in ERP systems — Accurate, Odoo, SAP, or Oracle — in a multi-entity environment.
- Strong communicator who can present to a Board and explain a consolidated P&L without losing the room.
Why This Role Matters
At Group level, financial discipline is infrastructure. How we consolidate, report, and manage our tax position across entities directly affects how the Group is governed, how we allocate capital, and how investors and stakeholders see us. This person shapes all of that.
