Job Description

Job Descriptions:

  • Prepare and oversee daily journal entries (AR, AP, Accruals, assets, etc.) accurately and timely.
  • Manage month-end closing process, ensuring timely and accurate reporting of financial statements in accordance with PSAK and company policies.
  • Maintain and reconcile balance sheet accounts monthly and yearly, ensuring completeness and accuracy.
  • Act as main point of contact for external auditors & ensure all audit findings are followed up and resolved promptly.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree (S1), preferably in Accounting, Finance, or other related fields.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar role or hands-on accounting and tax experience, preferably in an FMCG company.
  • Experienced in preparing financial reports and handling external audits.
  • Proficiency in Excel is a must; experience with SAP is a plus.
  • Able to work in a team and cross-function.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • This role will be positioned as a Finance, Accounting, and Tax Coordinator and placed at PT Garuda Elang Nusantara (part of Garudafood Group).
